The city of Düsseldorf, located in North-West Germany, is home to 630 000 inhabitants.

In this short presentation, our guest Mark Lindert, Head of the Waste Management Department, gives us an overview of the city’s glass collection system, with a special focus on underground glass containers. He also shares with us his thoughts on what is needed to improve the glass collection rates in Germany.
